This two story shingled home was built in the 19th century. The roof beams in the front portion are hand hewn rough timbers. There are wide floor boards in the front portion of the second floor. The rear portion including the kitchen was built after the front part. Circa 1980 the front porch and small addition to the north side was added.
A two car unattached garage is located near the house and a larger garage is at the rear.
