Art[.] V The executive Committee shall convene meetings of the Society from time to time and adopt all such measures as may in their view promote the cause of temperance
Art[.] VI There shall be an annual meeting of this Society for the choice of Officers on such day in the month of September as the Executive Committee shall appoint
Art[.] VII Any member who shall violate the third article of this Constitution may have his name erased from from the list of members by a major vote of the members at any regular meeting
