The Case Memorial Library has planned a summer full of fun for all ages. Children, teens, and adults are all invited to participate in our summer reading programs and attend exciting free events throughout the summer. Drop by the Library or use the links below to register and participate in any of our summer reading programs.
Children
Keep reading this summer!
You’ll get one point for each day you read at least twenty minutes. Log into casememorial.readsquared.com or use the ReadSquared app and select the day, then give yourself 1 point for ‘days read!’ You can add a book, but it’s not necessary.
For every 7 days that you read, you’ll earn a prize from our prize bin, unlock two in-app mini games, and get an entry into our grand prize raffle!
Grand Prize Raffle Winners receive:
Ages 3-5: Set of Created by Me wooden vehicles
Ages 6-8: Illustory kit to make your own picture book
Ages 9-12: Comic Book kit to make your own graphic novel
All prizes must be claimed no later than August 19th.

Teens
Each time you finish a book this summer fill out our Google participation form available here: tinyurl.com/teensrp23 or submit a paper participation form available at the Library. Collect prizes when you reach a new “tier.”
Tier 1: 2 Books: Candy or a small prize
Tier 2: 4 Books: Candy or a small prize
Tier 3: 6 Books: Book Box
A gift box filled with one book of your choice to keep, your favorite candy, and other surprises!
Grand Prize: For every two books you read, you will earn one entry into our raffle drawing for a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card.
Prize Redemption
Tiers 1 & 2: When you’ve read and logged 2 books you are eligible to receive a tier 1 prize. Once you’ve read and logged 4 books you are eligible to receive a tier 2 prize.
Tier 1 and 2 prizes will be available at the Library beginning June 20. Tier 1 and 2 prizes are “while supplies last.” Participants are eligible to claim one of each tier prize.
Tier 3: When you’ve read and logged 6 books you will receive an email with a Google Form to complete. This is where you will personalize your tier 3 “book box” prize. If you do not receive your Tier 3 email within 2 business days of submitting your sixth book please feel free to check in with us.
Book boxes should be available for pickup from August 26-September 10 if you complete your form by August 12. You will receive an email when your book box is ready for pickup.
Grand Prize: The Library will submit your raffle entries (one for every 2 books you read) on your behalf. The raffle will be held on Monday, August 19. Winners will be notified that week.
All prizes must be claimed by September 10 unless other arrangements are made. Please note that supply chain issues may impact our prize distribution timeline.

Adults
Each time you visit the Library, fill out a simple form with the title and author of a book you’ve just finished, give it a star rating, and hand it to a staff member to put in our raffle box. Every two weeks we’ll hold a raffle drawing for a $25 Barnes & Noble gift card. Raffles will be held on July 3, July 17, July 31, and August 14.
