Welcome to the Children’s Department, a place for stories, imagination, play, and learning. In a fun and open environment, we offer a large selection of books, audiobooks, music, and movies for children from birth through sixth grade. It is our goal to provide resources which we hope will develop a lifelong love of reading and learning. Come and explore!

Mondays at 10:30
Children ages 3 to 5. Music, movement, and literacy for our preschool friends! A craft follows the storytime session.
Lapsit Storytime
Tuesdays at 10:30
For babies and toddlers up to age 2! Little ones and their caregivers are invited to explore books, sing songs, and practice interactive nursery rhymes with Ms. Angela! Play time follows.
Toddler Storytime
Wednesdays at 10:30
Ages 18 months to 3 years. Get the wiggles out with Ms. Angela! Stories, music, dancing, and more fill this high-energy storytime for toddlers and their grownups. Play time follows.
