    Make a little friend and decorate its shell in this beach-themed craft! First come, first served.
  • Preschool Yoga
    Tuesdays, August 6, 13, 10:30 a.m.
    Bring your own mat and join instructor Jyothi Chintapalli as she teaches the basics of yoga. Registration is required due to limited space.
  • Summer Baby Playtime
    Mondays, August 5 & 19, 10:30 a.m.
    Come to the library for a baby playtime! Babies up to 24 months can join us and our toy collection in the meeting room for some baby-safe toy fun and social interaction. Registration is not required.
  • Butterfly Houses
    Thursday, August 1, 3 p.m.

    Flex your art skills with a fun optical illusion project that will have your head spinning. First come, first served.

Welcome to the Children’s Department, a place for stories, imagination, play, and learning. In a fun and open environment, we offer a large selection of books, audiobooks, music, and movies for children from birth through sixth grade. It is our goal to provide resources which we hope will develop a lifelong love of reading and learning. Come and explore!
