Boomers & Beyond: A Lifelong Learning Center was created at the Case Memorial Library in partnership with Orange Community Services to meet the needs of Orange’s active 50+ population. The Boomers collection offers materials about midlife transitions, retirement issues, and opportunities for self-fulfillment.
Rotary Centennial Vocational Collection
The Rotary Centennial Vocational Collection was developed with the support of the Rotary Club of Orange. Whether you are preparing for college, choosing a career, joining the workforce, or changing occupations, the Rotary collection offers numerous resources to help you reach your goals. Materials are available to help you select a college or training program; prepare for standardized tests such as the SAT, GRE, Praxis, and more; research occupations; search for grant opportunities; or apply for jobs.
Orange Local History Collection
Orange history enthusiasts will find great materials in our Orange Local History Collection which boasts numerous books, maps, city directories, local newspapers, photos, and videos, as well as a large collection of Amity High School yearbooks. Selected materials can be viewed online in digital form.
Express Collection
As an accompaniment to our permanent collections, the Library provides a selection of current, best-selling, and popular books as well as recently released DVDs in the Express Collection. Items in our Express Collection can’t be reserved or renewed and have shorter loan periods. This keeps them moving and means that there is always something new and exciting for you to read or watch every time you visit the Library.
Museum Passes
Explore the region’s outstanding museums and cultural attractions with the Library’s Museum Pass Program, which provides passes for area favorites such as the Beardsley Zoo, the Peabody Museum, and the Discovery Museum for reduced rates or free admission. Take the theater home with you! From dinosaurs to farm animals, we have them all. Our large selection of hand puppets may be checked out for two weeks.

Graphic Novels
Our teen graphic novel collection is more than just big comic books! Graphic novels use sequential art to tell a story – whether that is a short story collection that contains a compilation of comic books or a stand-alone graphic novel with a more complex plot. Our collection contains manga, superhero stories, personal narratives, nonfiction classics such as Maus and Persepolis, and much more!
