The Case Memorial Library is in the process of developing a strategic plan, aimed at providing the best service possible to our community. A critical component of the process is gathering information and ideas from community members to establish priorities and create a focused direction for the library.

To complete a paper survey visit any public service desk at the library and return your completed survey to any staff member.

The survey should take 5 minutes or less to complete. Surveys should be submitted no later than Saturday, November 15. All members of your household are welcome to complete their own survey. Survey participants may be entered into a raffle to win a $50 Amazon gift card.
