As part of its service to the community, the Case Memorial Library provides study rooms for use by individuals and small groups and meeting rooms for use by not-for-profit groups and local government agencies. For-profit groups may use the meeting rooms for a fee.
Study Rooms
Reservations are not accepted for the study rooms. Sign up for our two study rooms is available in person, on a first-come, first-served basis during regular Library hours at the Circulation Desk. Rooms are available for one hour, though additional time may be granted if no other patrons are waiting. Study rooms seat 6 people or fewer.
To Reserve the Meeting Room or Conference Room
Reservations for the Meeting Room and Conference Room are accepted up to three months in advance and no fewer than one week prior to the date of your reservation. Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis with priority given to Library programs, Library-affiliated groups, not-for-profit organizations, local government agencies, and for-profit groups, in that order.

Open Access
All meetings must be free and open to the public.
Frequency
- Non-profit groups may make one reservation per calendar month.
- Non-profit groups may not book multiple rooms for a single reservation or book multiple meetings in a calendar month.
- For-profit groups can make one reservation per six calendar months.
- Any future dates requested for inclement weather must adhere to the aforementioned guidelines e.g. no more than three months in advance and no more than one reservation per calendar month.
Prohibited Activities
- Groups may not advertise that meetings are sponsored, co-sponsored or approved by the Library, unless written permission is previously given by the Library Director.
- Groups may not use the Library’s phone number or email address in any advertisements for their meeting or group. The Case Memorial Library will not serve as a contact for any group, except the Friends of the Case Memorial Library.
- The Case Memorial Library will not provide storage of materials for any group.
- Alcoholic beverages may not be served or consumed on library property.
- With the exception of books and other resources sold at Library-sponsored activities, no products or services may be advertised, sold, or solicited.
Fees
- Non-profit groups with 501 status may reserve a room at no charge. Non-profit groups who cannot provide a current 501 form must pay the for-profit fee, according to the fee schedule below.

Meeting Room

The Meeting Room is the perfect space for film screenings, lectures, and more. Located on the second floor of the Library, the Meeting Room can accommodate many different seating arrangements for up to 104 people.
Amenities include WiFi access, a large screen and ceiling-mounted projector, a DVD/BluRay player, a piano, and a lectern with microphone.
Conference Room

The Conference Room is ideal for a more intimate group meeting or presentation. The Room features 4 tables in a conference-style configuration with seating for up to 16 people. The room holds up to 24 additional chairs to accommodate presentations. The Conference Room is located on the second floor of the Library.
Amenities include WiFi access, a large screen, and ceiling-mounted projector.
